5 out of 5 starsBeing this was not the first re- roofing I have had done on a house I own, I need to get the word out......MANNY and crew were fantastic. Out of the 4 contractors I had come to give me bids, I had no problem/s with my choice. From meeting Manny, to the shaking hands and signing of papers, to the call about starting (ahead of proposed date) and each day the crew was on site, again, no problem/s. They were on time each day, knew what they were doing, efficient, communicative at all times, killer daily clean up and respectful of the property. By the time Manny came to do his walk through of the job with me on the final day, you would never know that there had been a large crew on site for the last 3 days. They scoured the landscaping as one group, side by side, like they were looking for an escapee. (I still have not found a nail). Manny and company are what I would call the type of company that is professional, well oiled machine that knows what to do, do it well, and do it like it's their own house.
